BYBSA Fall Baseball & Fall Softball Registration Policy Registration Dates 

 Early Bird Registration for BYBSA Fall Baseball & Fall Softball will open on May 1st and will be open until July 15th. There will be a $50 discount if your register during the Early Bird Registration period. 

Regular Registration will be open from July 15th until July 31st.  Players that register after July 31st will be added to the waitlist and will only be added to a team if there is a coach and enough players on the waitlist to create an additional team. Players on waitlist will be refunded the registration fee in full if we do not have room for them on a team. 

Team Creation 

Returning and new coaches will need to send a list of players and coaches that will be on their team to the following BYBSA Directors by July 15th.

Parents can request a player or coach during registration in the "Special Requests" section until July 15th   

On July 16th we will create team rosters with the coaches and players that have registered at that point. We will add players to teams in the following order. 1.) Players requested by a coach, 2.) Players that parents have requested to play on a team or with another player, 3.) All remaining players that register by June 30th will be placed on teams at this time. 

Players that register after July 15th will not be allowed to request a player or coach.  

On August 1st all of the players that registered after July 15th will be added to teams. Additional teams will be created if needed if we have a coach and there are enough players on the waitlist for an entire team.
