2026 BYBSA Spring Umpire Class - Annual 2026

BYBSA Spring Baseball & Softball Umpire Class - Required to work for BYBSA 

Saturday, 1/31 - 10am-5pm

Sunday, 2/1 - 10am-5pm

Location - BYBSA Dicks Sporting Goods Indoor Practice Facility, 921 Voiles Street, Brighton, CO 80601

Cost - $75

Starting in 2026 all umpires working for the BYBSA must be registered as an umpire with USSSA for all BYBSA Comp Baseball, BYBSA Rec Baseball, BYBSA Comp Softball games and all BYBSA and USSSA tournaments. If you complete both days of this class the BYBSA will reimburse you $50 when you complete your 2026 USSSA Umpire Registration.

2026 BYBSA Box State Recruits HS Summer Baseball 

Teams -

• 17U Box State Recruits
• 16U Box State Recruits
• 15/16U Box State Recruits
• 15U Box State Recruits

Cost -

• $2,500 per player
• Monthly payment plan available
• First payment due December 1, 2025
• Final payment due June 1st, 2026

Practice -

• Teams will practice in evenings multiple nights per week starting in late May, early June
• Fields at Brighton HS, Riverdale HS, Vikan Middle School, Brighton Adult Sports Complex or BYBSA Indoor Practice Facilities.
• All practice fields have lights

Games - 

• Each team will play in 8 tournaments
• In addition to tournaments each team will play several week night games

Travel -

• Each team will play 1-3 out of town tournaments that will require overnight lodging
• Player fees do not include travel, lodging and meals

Uniforms - 

• Each player will receive (2) jerseys, (2) pair of pants, (2) hats, (2) pair of socks and (1) belt included in their player fees

Custom FURIA glove for each player included in registration fee

2026 BYBSA Raven Diamond Club Winter Workouts (Attending Riverdale HS in 2025-26) - Winter 2025

The BYBSA will offer a winter hitting program for any student currently attending Riverdale Ridge High School that plans to try out for their baseball team next spring. This will take place at the 3,500 Square Foot BYBSA B&E Indoor Practice Facility located at 14894 Brighton Road, Unit B, Brighton, CO. This will take place during the day on Saturday and Monday afternoons starting mid December 2025 through March 2026. Players will work on conditioning, hitting, pitching and fielding. Depending on how many players sign up groups will be broken up into 1 or 1-1/2 hour sessions. There will be 3-4 paid coaches at each session. The cost is $150 per player.
